Ema Datshi or Chili Cheese is famous dish throughout the kingdom of Bhutan. Bhutanese eat chili as vegetable unlike spice in other countries in the world. We get to see chili in every dish, otherwise the Bhutanese will not touch the dish. They would prefer rice and chili than toast for breakfast and Suja or Butter tea than milk tea or coffee.
Staple diet in Bhutan is red rice with vegetables and meat. Meat can be in the form of dried port fat, dried beef and chicken, but in bigger sizes called Paa. If you love spicy food, Bhutan is a place where you can enjoy hotness.
